About Yoga with Nikita

With over a decade of experience teaching and studying yoga, Nikita teaches classes tailored to the student's needs. she has a background in healthcare in various sectors. Her professional background in nursing provides her with intimate knowledge of the human body, and her resilience/ mental health studies have given her depth to understand the mind and brain. Nikita graduated from her first 200 hour YTT with Moksana in Victoria, BC in 2012 and has since studied in Thailand, India, and North America studying yoga therapy, pranayama, and neuroscience. In response to the pandemic, she started I AM RESILIENT., a movement toward collective optimal well-being. Through this vessel, she teaches resilience, yoga, and mindfulness, publishes children's books, curates gratitude journals, and attends speaking events. Nikita welcomes all to her classes with an open heart and loves to connect. Welcome!
